RevealCoin (RVC): A Hybrid Utility, Governance, and Reward Token for the RevealUI Ecosystem
Version 1.0 — March 2026 RevealUI Studio | founder@revealui.com
Abstract
RevealCoin (RVC) is a Solana-based digital token built on the Token-2022 (Token Extensions) program, designed to serve as the native economic layer of the RevealUI ecosystem. RevealUI is a complete business infrastructure platform for software companies — providing users, content, products, payments, and AI as composable primitives. RVC unifies three functions within this ecosystem: utility (payment for platform services), governance (community-driven decision-making), and rewards (incentives for contributors and early adopters).
The total supply of RVC is fixed at 58,906,000,000 tokens — a figure drawn from the amount of US currency in circulation on August 14, 1971, the day before President Nixon ended dollar-gold convertibility. This symbolic anchor ties RVC to a pivotal moment in monetary history: the transition from commodity-backed currency to fiat trust. RVC represents a parallel transition — from centralized platform economics to transparent, community-aligned incentive structures.
This paper presents the token's design, distribution model, governance framework, technical architecture, and integration roadmap within the RevealUI platform.

1. Introduction
The software-as-a-service economy generates hundreds of billions of dollars annually, yet the relationship between platforms and their users remains fundamentally extractive. Platform operators set prices unilaterally, capture all upside from network effects, and offer no mechanism for users to participate in governance or share in the value they help create.
RevealCoin introduces a token-economic layer to RevealUI — a platform that already provides the complete infrastructure software companies need to build, launch, and scale their products. By embedding RVC into RevealUI's primitives (Users, Content, Products, Payments, AI), the platform transitions from a traditional SaaS model to a stakeholder-aligned economy where:
- Builders pay for services with RVC at a discount to fiat pricing
- Contributors earn RVC for improving the ecosystem (code, content, integrations)
- Holders vote on platform direction, feature priorities, and treasury allocation
- Early adopters are rewarded for their role in bootstrapping the network
RVC is not a speculative instrument. It is a functional token whose value is derived from its utility within a production platform that serves real businesses.
2. Problem Statement
2.1 The Platform Tax
Modern SaaS platforms charge subscription fees that increase over time while the marginal cost of serving each additional user decreases. Users who contribute to a platform's success — through feedback, community support, content creation, or evangelism — receive no economic benefit from the value they generate.
2.2 Governance Deficit
Platform decisions — pricing changes, feature deprecation, API modifications, terms of service updates — are made unilaterally. Users affected by these decisions have no formal mechanism to influence them, despite bearing the switching costs when decisions go against their interests.
2.3 Fragmented Incentives
Developer ecosystems rely on goodwill for contributions: open-source patches, documentation improvements, community support, and plugin development. While these contributions create enormous value for platform operators, contributors receive recognition at best and nothing at worst. This misalignment limits ecosystem growth and concentrates development effort within the platform operator.
2.4 Opaque Economics
Users cannot verify how their subscription fees are allocated, whether pricing reflects actual costs, or how revenue is distributed between platform development, profit extraction, and ecosystem investment. This opacity erodes trust and makes it impossible for users to make informed decisions about their platform dependency.
3. The RevealUI Ecosystem
3.1 Platform Overview
RevealUI is a complete business infrastructure platform organized around five composable primitives:
| Primitive | Description | |-----------|-------------| | Users | Authentication, authorization, identity management, team workspaces | | Content | CMS, content modeling, rich text editing, media management, versioning | | Products | Catalog management, variant systems, inventory, digital goods | | Payments | Stripe integration, subscription billing, invoicing, revenue analytics | | AI | Inference gateway, RAG pipelines, embedding generation, model routing |
These primitives are delivered as a monorepo of composable packages that can be deployed independently or as an integrated stack.
3.2 Platform Tiers
| Tier | Target | Pricing | |------|--------|---------| | Free | Individual developers, small projects | $0/month — core primitives, community support | | Pro | Growing businesses, professional teams | Subscription — advanced features, priority support | | Max | Scale-ups, high-traffic applications | Subscription — enterprise features, SLA guarantees | | Forge (Enterprise) | Large organizations, white-label deployments | Custom — multi-tenant, self-hosted, dedicated support |
3.3 Ecosystem Participants
- Builders: Developers and companies using RevealUI to build products
- Contributors: Open-source developers, documentation writers, plugin authors
- Operators: Businesses running RevealUI in production (self-hosted or managed)
- Partners: Agencies, consultancies, and integrators building on RevealUI
RVC creates an economic link between all participant classes, aligning incentives around ecosystem growth.
4. Token Design
4.1 Specification
| Parameter | Value | |-----------|-------| | Name | RevealCoin | | Symbol | RVC | | Blockchain | Solana | | Program | Token-2022 (Token Extensions) | | Decimals | 6 | | Total Supply | 58,906,000,000 RVC (fixed, non-inflationary) | | Mint Authority | RevealUI Studio (transferable to DAO) | | Freeze Authority | None (permanently renounced) |
4.2 Why Solana
RevealCoin is built on Solana for three reasons:
-
Transaction cost: Solana transactions cost fractions of a cent, making micro-transactions (reward payouts, governance votes, service payments) economically viable. Ethereum L1 gas fees would make small-denomination RVC transfers impractical.
-
Finality speed: Solana achieves ~400ms block times with single-slot finality, enabling real-time token operations within RevealUI's user experience. Users can pay for an AI inference call with RVC and receive results without perceptible delay.
-
Token Extensions: Solana's Token-2022 program provides built-in support for metadata, transfer fees, confidential transfers, and other extensions at the protocol level — without requiring custom smart contracts. This reduces attack surface and maintenance burden.
4.3 Why Token-2022
The Token-2022 program (also known as Token Extensions) was chosen over the classic SPL Token program for its native extension support:
-
MetadataPointer + TokenMetadata: On-chain metadata without external dependencies (no Metaplex required). Token name, symbol, description, and additional metadata fields are stored directly on the mint account.
-
Transfer Fee (future): Built-in protocol-level transfer fees that can fund the ecosystem treasury without requiring wrapper contracts or router intermediaries.
-
Confidential Transfers (future): Zero-knowledge proof-based private transfers for sensitive business transactions, enabling RVC use in contexts where transaction amounts must remain confidential.
4.4 Supply Symbolism
The total supply of 58,906,000,000 RVC corresponds to the US currency in circulation on August 14, 1971 — $58.906 billion as recorded by the Federal Reserve (FRED series CURRCIR, August 1971 observation).
On August 15, 1971, President Richard Nixon announced the suspension of dollar-gold convertibility, ending the Bretton Woods system and inaugurating the modern fiat era. This moment represents the most significant monetary regime change of the 20th century: a transition from externally-constrained money to trust-based money.
RVC's supply anchors it to this historical inflection point as a statement of intent: where fiat currencies abandoned hard constraints in favor of discretionary policy, RVC maintains a permanently fixed supply governed by transparent, community-driven rules.
5. Tokenomics
5.1 Distribution Overview
The total supply of 58,906,000,000 RVC is allocated across seven categories, each serving a distinct function in the ecosystem:
| Category | Allocation | Amount (RVC) | Vesting | |----------|-----------|-------------|---------| | Ecosystem Rewards | 30% | 17,671,800,000 | 5-year emission schedule | | Protocol Treasury | 25% | 14,726,500,000 | DAO-managed after governance launch | | Team & Founders | 15% | 8,835,900,000 | 12-month cliff, 4-year linear vest | | Community Governance | 10% | 5,890,600,000 | Unlocked for staking and voting | | Liquidity Provision | 10% | 5,890,600,000 | 6-month lockup, then gradual release | | Strategic Partners | 5% | 2,945,300,000 | 6-month cliff, 2-year linear vest | | Public Distribution | 5% | 2,945,300,000 | Airdrops, bounties, launch events |
5.2 Ecosystem Rewards (30% — 17,671,800,000 RVC)
The largest allocation funds long-term incentives for ecosystem participants. Tokens are distributed over a 5-year emission schedule with front-loaded rewards to incentivize early adoption:
| Year | Emission Rate | Annual Distribution | Cumulative | |------|--------------|--------------------|-----------| | 1 | 30% | 5,301,540,000 | 5,301,540,000 | | 2 | 25% | 4,417,950,000 | 9,719,490,000 | | 3 | 20% | 3,534,360,000 | 13,253,850,000 | | 4 | 15% | 2,650,770,000 | 15,904,620,000 | | 5 | 10% | 1,767,180,000 | 17,671,800,000 |
Reward categories include:
- Builder rewards: RVC earned by deploying RevealUI in production, scaled by active users and transaction volume
- Contributor rewards: RVC earned for merged pull requests, documentation improvements, and plugin submissions (weighted by impact)
- Bug bounties: Fixed RVC payouts for security vulnerability reports, scaled by severity
- Referral incentives: RVC earned for bringing new builders to the platform
- Content creation: RVC earned for tutorials, guides, and educational content
5.3 Protocol Treasury (25% — 14,726,500,000 RVC)
The protocol treasury funds ongoing ecosystem development, grants, partnerships, and operational costs. Initially managed by RevealUI Studio, control transfers to the DAO once governance is operational (see Section 7).
Treasury spending categories:
| Category | Target Allocation | Purpose | |----------|------------------|---------| | Development grants | 40% | Fund third-party plugin development, integrations, tooling | | Infrastructure | 25% | Node operation, RPC costs, hosting, CI/CD | | Partnerships | 20% | Exchange listings, DeFi integrations, co-marketing | | Reserve | 15% | Emergency fund, opportunity allocation |
Treasury disbursements above 100,000,000 RVC require a governance vote. Quarterly treasury reports are published on-chain with full accounting.
5.4 Team & Founders (15% — 8,835,900,000 RVC)
Team allocation follows a standard vesting schedule designed to align long-term incentives:
- 12-month cliff: No tokens vest during the first year. If a team member departs before the cliff, their allocation returns to the protocol treasury.
- 4-year linear vest: After the cliff, tokens vest monthly over the remaining 36 months (approximately 245,441,667 RVC per month).
- Lock-up extension: Founders may voluntarily extend their vesting period as a signal of long-term commitment.
5.5 Community Governance (10% — 5,890,600,000 RVC)
This allocation is available immediately for governance participation:
- Staking: Lock RVC to earn voting power (vote-escrowed model — longer lock = more weight)
- Delegation: Token holders can delegate voting power to representatives
- Proposal bonds: Submitting governance proposals requires a refundable RVC bond to prevent spam
This pool is not subject to vesting — it must be liquid from day one to bootstrap governance participation.
5.6 Liquidity Provision (10% — 5,890,600,000 RVC)
Dedicated to establishing RVC trading pairs on decentralized exchanges:
- 6-month lockup: Initial liquidity is locked to prevent rug-pull risk
- Gradual release: After lockup, liquidity is managed by the protocol treasury (or delegated to an automated market maker)
- Target pairs: RVC/SOL, RVC/USDC on Raydium, Orca, or Jupiter
- Protocol-owned liquidity: RevealUI Studio maintains a permanent liquidity position to ensure baseline market depth
5.7 Strategic Partners (5% — 2,945,300,000 RVC)
Reserved for strategic partnerships that expand the RevealUI ecosystem:
- Technology partners: Infrastructure providers, cloud platforms, AI model providers
- Distribution partners: Agencies and consultancies that deploy RevealUI for clients
- Ecosystem funds: Solana ecosystem grants, accelerator partnerships
Vesting: 6-month cliff, 2-year linear vest. Each partnership requires a signed agreement specifying deliverables and clawback conditions.
5.8 Public Distribution (5% — 2,945,300,000 RVC)
Distributed directly to the community through:
- Launch airdrop: Snapshot-based distribution to early RevealUI users and open-source contributors
- Bounty programs: Task-specific rewards for testing, feedback, and community building
- Hackathon prizes: RVC awarded at RevealUI-sponsored hackathons and developer events
- Community campaigns: Social campaigns, ambassador programs, and educational initiatives
5.9 Emission and Deflation
RVC has a fixed supply with no inflation mechanism. New tokens cannot be minted after the initial supply is distributed.
A burn mechanism may be introduced via governance vote, enabling:
- Fee burns: A percentage of platform fees paid in RVC is permanently burned
- Buyback and burn: Protocol revenue used to purchase RVC from the open market and burn it
- Voluntary burns: Users or the treasury may burn tokens to reduce circulating supply
Any burn mechanism requires a supermajority governance vote (67%) and cannot be implemented unilaterally.
6. Utility Model
RVC serves as the native medium of exchange within the RevealUI platform. Its utility is designed to be practical and immediate — not speculative.
6.1 Service Payments
RevealUI platform services can be paid for with RVC at a discount to fiat pricing:
| Service | Fiat Price | RVC Price | Discount | |---------|-----------|-----------|----------| | Pro tier subscription | $29/month | RVC equivalent | 15% | | Max tier subscription | $99/month | RVC equivalent | 15% | | AI inference credits | $0.01/call | RVC equivalent | 20% | | Custom domain SSL | $5/month | RVC equivalent | 10% | | Priority support | $49/month | RVC equivalent | 15% |
Discounts incentivize RVC adoption and create natural buy pressure from active platform users.
6.2 Marketplace Transactions
The RevealUI plugin and template marketplace uses RVC as its native currency:
- Plugin purchases: Third-party plugins priced in RVC
- Template sales: Premium templates and starter kits sold for RVC
- Custom integrations: Freelance integration work quoted and settled in RVC
- Revenue sharing: Plugin authors receive 85% of sales in RVC; 15% goes to the protocol treasury
6.3 AI Credits
RevealUI's AI primitive routes inference requests across multiple model providers. RVC is used as the universal credit system:
- Users purchase AI credit packs with RVC (or earn credits through rewards)
- Credits are consumed per-request, priced by model and token count
- Unused credits roll over indefinitely (no expiration)
- Bulk purchases receive volume discounts (10% at 10K credits, 20% at 100K credits)
6.4 Staking Benefits
RVC holders who stake tokens receive platform benefits beyond governance voting:
| Stake Tier | Minimum Stake | Benefits | |------------|--------------|----------| | Bronze | 10,000 RVC | Priority support queue, early feature access | | Silver | 100,000 RVC | Beta program access, monthly office hours | | Gold | 1,000,000 RVC | Dedicated support channel, roadmap input sessions | | Platinum | 10,000,000 RVC | Custom feature requests, architecture review sessions |
Staking tiers are additive to subscription tiers — a Pro subscriber with Gold staking receives both benefit sets.
7. Governance Framework
7.1 Progressive Decentralization
RevealUI adopts a progressive decentralization model:
| Phase | Governance Model | Timeline | |-------|-----------------|----------| | Phase 0: Foundation | RevealUI Studio makes all decisions | Launch — Month 6 | | Phase 1: Advisory | Community votes are advisory; Studio retains veto | Month 6 — Month 18 | | Phase 2: Shared | Community votes are binding for treasury and roadmap; Studio retains technical veto for security | Month 18 — Month 36 | | Phase 3: DAO | Full DAO governance; Studio becomes one voter among many | Month 36+ |
7.2 Voting Mechanism
RVC governance uses a vote-escrowed (ve) model inspired by Curve Finance's veCRV:
- Lock RVC for 1 week to 4 years
- Voting power scales linearly with lock duration
- 1 RVC locked for 4 years = 1 veRVC (maximum voting power)
- 1 RVC locked for 1 year = 0.25 veRVC
- Voting power decays linearly as the lock approaches expiration
- Locked tokens can be re-locked to extend duration and maintain power
7.3 Proposal Types
| Type | Quorum | Threshold | Scope | |------|--------|-----------|-------| | Temperature Check | 1% veRVC | Simple majority | Signal community sentiment on any topic | | Standard Proposal | 5% veRVC | Simple majority | Feature prioritization, minor treasury allocations (<100M RVC) | | Treasury Proposal | 10% veRVC | 60% supermajority | Major treasury allocations (>100M RVC), partnership approvals | | Constitutional | 20% veRVC | 67% supermajority | Tokenomics changes, burn mechanisms, governance structure changes |
7.4 Proposal Lifecycle
- Discussion (7 days): Proposal posted to governance forum; community feedback and iteration
- Formal submission: Author submits on-chain proposal with RVC bond (refunded if quorum is met)
- Voting period (5 days): veRVC holders cast votes
- Timelock (48 hours): Passed proposals enter a timelock before execution, allowing emergency veto during Phase 1-2
- Execution: Proposal is executed automatically (treasury transfers) or manually (feature changes)
7.5 Delegation
Token holders can delegate their veRVC to trusted representatives:
- Delegation is revocable at any time
- Delegates cannot transfer or spend delegated tokens
- Delegation history is public and on-chain
- Professional delegates may emerge and publish voting rationales
8. Reward Mechanics
8.1 Contribution Scoring
All ecosystem contributions are scored using a transparent, reproducible system:
| Contribution Type | Base Score | Multipliers | |-------------------|-----------|-------------| | Merged pull request | 100 | Complexity (1-5x), files changed, test coverage | | Bug report (confirmed) | 50 | Severity (1-4x) | | Security vulnerability | 500 | Severity (1-4x), responsible disclosure bonus (2x) | | Documentation page | 30 | Word count modifier, technical depth | | Plugin published | 200 | Downloads, ratings, maintenance activity | | Tutorial/guide | 75 | Views, engagement, technical depth | | Community support | 10 | Per accepted answer in forums |
8.2 Reward Calculation
Monthly RVC rewards are calculated as:
individual_reward = (individual_score / total_monthly_scores) * monthly_emission_pool
Where monthly_emission_pool is derived from the annual ecosystem reward emission (Section 5.2), divided by 12.
8.3 Anti-Gaming Measures
- Sybil resistance: Contributions must be linked to verified GitHub accounts with history
- Quality gates: Pull requests require review approval; documentation requires editorial review
- Diminishing returns: Individual contributor rewards are capped at 2% of the monthly pool
- Cooldown periods: Rapid-fire low-quality submissions trigger review escalation
- Retroactive adjustment: Gaming detected after distribution results in future reward reduction
8.4 Builder Rewards
Production deployments of RevealUI earn ongoing RVC rewards:
- Activation reward: One-time RVC bonus for first production deployment
- Activity reward: Monthly RVC based on active users and API calls (with privacy-preserving reporting)
- Milestone rewards: RVC bonuses at user count milestones (1K, 10K, 100K users)
- Upgrade incentive: RVC bonus for upgrading to Pro, Max, or Forge tiers

- Solana Pay: QR code-based payments for RVC transactions
- Mobile: Deep-link support for Phantom and Solflare mobile apps
9.4 Price Oracle
RVC-to-fiat conversion for service pricing uses a time-weighted average price (TWAP) oracle:
- Source: Jupiter aggregator price feed (RVC/USDC pair)
- Window: 1-hour TWAP to smooth volatility
- Update frequency: Every 60 seconds
- Fallback: If oracle is unavailable, fiat pricing applies (no RVC discount)
9.5 Vesting Contracts
Team and partner token vesting is enforced on-chain:
- Program: Custom vesting program deployed on Solana (open-source, audited)
- Cliff enforcement: Tokens are locked in a PDA (Program Derived Address) until cliff date
- Linear release: After cliff, tokens are claimable monthly in equal installments
- Clawback: Unvested tokens can be reclaimed if vesting conditions are violated (team departure, partner non-performance)
10. Security Model
10.1 Token Security
- No freeze authority: The freeze authority was permanently set to
nullat mint creation. No entity can freeze RVC token accounts. - Mint authority control: The mint authority is held by RevealUI Studio and will be transferred to a multi-signature wallet, then to the DAO governance program.
- Fixed supply: After the initial mint of 58,906,000,000 RVC, the mint authority will be revoked (burned), making the supply permanently fixed.
10.2 Multi-Signature Security
Critical operations require multi-signature approval:
| Operation | Threshold | Signers | |-----------|-----------|---------| | Treasury disbursement (>1M RVC) | 3-of-5 | Studio leadership + community signers | | Mint authority transfer | 4-of-5 | Studio leadership + legal counsel | | Emergency pause (if transfer fee enabled) | 2-of-5 | Any two signers |
10.3 Audit Plan
| Audit Scope | Auditor | Timeline | |-------------|---------|----------| | Token mint and distribution scripts | Independent security firm | Pre-mainnet | | Vesting contracts | Independent security firm | Pre-mainnet | | Governance program | Independent security firm | Pre-Phase 1 | | Reward engine | Internal + community review | Ongoing |
10.4 Key Management
- Production keypairs are stored in encrypted vaults (RevVault, age-encrypted)
- No private keys are stored in version control, CI/CD, or plain text
- Key rotation procedures are documented and tested quarterly
- Hardware security modules (HSMs) will be adopted for mainnet mint authority

12. Team
RevealUI Studio
RevealUI Studio is the creator and primary developer of both the RevealUI platform and RevealCoin. The studio operates as a focused, independent software company building business infrastructure for the next generation of software companies.
Core competencies:
- Full-stack TypeScript/React/Next.js development
- Solana blockchain development (Token-2022, SPL programs)
- AI/ML integration and inference infrastructure
- Developer tooling and open-source ecosystem management
Open-source commitment: RevealUI's core packages are MIT-licensed. The token mint scripts, governance interfaces, and reward engine will also be open-sourced to maximize transparency and community participation.
13. Risks and Disclaimers
13.1 Regulatory Risk
Cryptocurrency regulation varies by jurisdiction and is evolving rapidly. RVC is designed as a utility token, not a security. However, regulatory classification may differ across jurisdictions. RevealUI Studio will engage legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and will restrict token distribution in jurisdictions where it may be prohibited.
13.2 Market Risk
RVC's value on secondary markets is determined by supply and demand. RevealUI Studio does not guarantee any particular price, return, or appreciation. The token discount for platform services is pegged to a TWAP oracle, not a fixed price.
13.3 Technical Risk
Smart contracts and blockchain programs may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities. While RevealUI Studio commits to independent security audits, no audit can guarantee the absence of all bugs. The progressive rollout model (devnet, then mainnet with limited distribution) mitigates deployment risk.
13.4 Adoption Risk
RVC's utility depends on RevealUI platform adoption. If the platform does not achieve sufficient user adoption, demand for RVC may be limited. The team mitigates this by building a production-grade platform with real utility independent of the token.
13.5 Governance Risk
Decentralized governance may lead to decisions that conflict with long-term ecosystem health. The progressive decentralization model (Section 7.1) provides guardrails during the transition period, and constitutional proposals require supermajority approval to change fundamental parameters.

E. Liquidity Pool Plan
| Parameter | Value | |-----------|-------| | DEX | Raydium CPMM | | Pool pair | RVC / SOL | | Pool seed (RVC) | 589,060,000 RVC (10% of Liquidity Provision allocation) | | Pool seed (SOL) | ~1.77 SOL | | Initial price | 0.000000003 SOL/RVC (~$0.000000405 USD) | | FDV at launch | ~$23,900 USD | | Remaining liquidity | 5,301,540,000 RVC (locked in vesting custody) |
Pricing Rationale
The initial price was chosen to balance affordability, credibility, and accessibility:
- Founder-affordable: ~$240 USD in SOL required for the pool's SOL side
- Credible micro-cap FDV: ~$24K signals genuine early-stage, not an abandoned token
- Early supporter friendly: 0.1 SOL (~$13.50) buys ~33M RVC — a meaningful position
- Room for organic price discovery: low starting point lets the market find fair value as RevealUI launches
- Manageable slippage: a 0.1 SOL trade moves price ~6%, acceptable for initial liquidity depth
The remaining 90% of the Liquidity Provision allocation stays locked in vesting custody (6-month lockup + 12-month gradual release) and can be used to deepen liquidity over time.
